It's extremely quiet and yet provides all the air I need for my air tools. Great little compressor. I used to have to run air hoses all through my house when doing small projects, but now I just bring the 1010 with me.
It puts out enough air to run 4 air brushes a nailer and small air tools all day and doesn't over heat. Nice for $120 it is a steal.
I have to say it is a must have for any tool guy or airbrush artist.Great finish and no cheap rubber feel and is easy to drain tank. Easy to use and carry, fast to recover fully.
This a great quiet small compressor only down side no moister trap which is needed and that is all she wrote. It also had not leaks and a true 125 psi and 2 cfm.
It also put out very little moist at the end of the day.It is the only compressor that is a great buy in the class of small compressors around a $120 that you can move around freely with a psi of 125 amazing. Best for the dollar not as quiet as some smaller compressor but in a box with a fan it is really just a great little compressor and the best I found.
A compressor for a traveling artist great for studio work, dusting, inflating and framing.
Then I can rest in peace.I know one of my kids would go for that. 6 or 7 pounds heavier and faster, but about $230.00 more.If this one dies before I do my next one will be a THOMAS. Mr quite handy.Senco PC1010 1-Horsepower Peak 1-Gallon Compressor well made, lite weight, well priced, rust free aluminum tank, and at 79 years old lugging it to and from home in my RAV4 and up and down stairs reminds me of my old hip roof lunch bucket.I leave my heavy compressor at home. I would have much preferred a US made THOMAS [SHEBOYGAN WI].
The homeowners (and I) LOVE it because it's so quiet. and I use my blower if there's not too much to blow. and 15ga.
When we go out on a job, I grab it with the hose and gun attached and throw it on the seat beside me. If I need more air I'll borrow someone else's big heavy two horse job and let them carry the thing around. This little gem is one of the best tools in the shop, my co-workers keep borrowing it.
I shoot staples, 23ga., 18ga. If it died today I'd order another(from Amazon) tonight. We get to the job site and I walk upstairs and start shooting on trim before everyone else can gather their tools.
Yeah, it takes awhile for it to get up to pressure and you can't bump nail a big gun with it, but who cares.
It is compact, quiet and pressures up in just a few minutes. For what I use it for it is perfect. (Cleaning the lint from my long-arm quilting machine).
